Christian Unity

Christian unity is not optional. It is a Gospel imperative, and Oneness In Christ (OIC) was the prayer our Lord prayed right before His crucifixion. The final section of the Church Roadmap confronts the deep divisions that weaken Christian witness and offers a path forward rooted in humility, truth, and love.

Unity here does not mean uniformity, nor does it require the dilution of theological conviction. Instead, it calls Christians to recover a shared commitment to Oneness In Christ that transcends jurisdictional, cultural, denominational, historical, and institutional boundaries.

Chapters 15, 16, and 17 of the Church Roadmap book explore the spiritual, relational, and practical dimensions of unity, emphasizing collaboration, mutual respect, and common mission. They invite churches to move beyond isolation toward cooperation for the sake of the Gospel and the world Christ came to save. Unity strengthens credibility, amplifies impact, and reflects the prayer of Christ Himself “that they may all be one.” This section offers both a vision and a challenge for the future of Christian witness in America.

Christian Disunity: The Psychological and Other Reasons We Fight Against The Very Thing Jesus Prayed For (Episode 12 – March 25, 2026)

What if the real reason Christians are divided… isn’t theology? Dive deep into the hidden psychology behind denominational division and why we instinctively defend our own tradition while distancing ourselves from other Christians. Blending empirical research, real parish experience, and solid Christian theology, this Episode 12 reveals a hard truth: many of our divisions are not driven by doctrine, but by identity.
If Christ prayed in John 17 “that they may all be one,” why does unity feel so threatening? This is not just a conversation—it’s a wake-up call for every Christian leader, clergy member, and believer who cares about the future of the Church. It’s time to move from mere Denominational Discipleship (DD) to Oneness In Christ Discipleship (OICD).
